I am in need of some gratitude! ♥ I just added $639.00 to my growing debt, as Ollie needed a dental and a tumor removed. I pray the lab results come back clean... :0/ I'm freaking out in a big, bad way. Thursday I'm taking my car in due to squeaky brakes. Can't afford to fix them. Can't afford not to. Can't afford therapy. Can't do without it. ACKKKKK!!!!!! FREAK OUT!!!

Appreciation is such an important part of happiness. It's so easy to focus on the negative, but it's really just as easy to focus on the positive. We just have to train ourselves to do it :-)
Jen....a gratitude list....usually a very empowering and hopeful 'exercise'. Thank you for sharing!
I like the way you kind of did a 'pros/cons' approach with it....I am grateful for you dear....it will all turn out well....HUG....Jan ♥
The truth is I'm so incredibly stressed out... I'm trying to make myself believe that everything will be okay. ♥ Gratitude... So important to hang on to the positive.
There is always something we can worry about. And for most of us on this site, we are experts at finding multiple issues to stress over..right?
Not sure how it came to be, but I'm not a worrier anymore. I think it has to do with my approach to living in the moment, which has been a literal lifesaver for me!
It isn't that I am careless and don't plan for the future, or think ahead when it's important (like, will there be food around? :), but I learned the hard way, when my son was killed suddenly, just how important some things are, and how UNimportant others are.
Money issues are real. I'm not downplaying that. I just hope you all can distract from the serious things enough to LIVE and LAUGH and LOVE.
HUGS...Jan ♥
