Grr, just had a binge after 5 or so days of staying on track. Hope I can do better tomorrow. Any tips for how to deal with backslide?

Treat it as a learning experience and move on. Remain positive and make today the best ever.
Don't see today as a failure, see it as progress. Try to remember how bad you feel right now and remind yourself of that feeling when you have the urge to binge again. Stay strong!
