I'm feeling wrong and guilty for grieving a loss that I caused myself.


u cant continue to blame yourself for something that happened other wise half the world would come to a full stop, we all feel guilty when someone is no longer there but realistically that isnt really what happened u didnt cause the loss intentionally and u werent to blame, be kind to yourself during this time

have u seen a doc to help out with how u are feeling? or mayb tried a face to face grief counsuling group

mayb u would like to expand on the feelings u are going thru talking helps and time does the rest

Hey HuntersMomma, The guilt will eat us alive if we don't do something about it. I know from experience. I agree with domestic about seeing a doctor. Maybe they can refer you to someone for counseling. I have found having someone to talk to about everything very helpful. Please feel free to continue to share with us. We are all here for you.
