Had a binge yesterday. Think I got most of the food I ate in my journal but I broke down in that department too. Did do my meal/snack planning in the A.M. Having difficulty with going to a list that was previously prepared that lists alternative behaviors rather than eating. Don't understand why I'm having resistence in this area. At any rate, I don't want to continue binging so I'm rededicating for today's effort. I've done my meal/snack time planning and I've re-started recording all food/beverages consumed. Another day!
