Having a hard time today still can't believe this is happening

I'm in the same boat, and it is tough... Very tough. I had to process lots of shock...Toughest thing I've been through... but I have to keep remembering there is an end to all this suffering and I'll be coming out the other end.
Know that you're not the only one who feels like this. I hate it.

Same here... i know how hard it is. Hang on in there. How recent is yours. I know the first days... weeks... minths are the hardest. Let me know if i can help u in words in any way.

I had a bit of a weird situation... she asked or 30 days separation... no talking (I think she actually already made up her mind)... called her back after 30 days and she didn't want to talk... to it's over.
That was a week ago.
Since the separation, I was treating it like it was over so I have been healing... but it's still so difficult... trying to let go of all the expectations I had for us. This just sux.
@Matt333 That does suck Matt sounds like she gave a glimmer of hope and then crushed you again. So sorry. How long were you together
Bobby, it so sux...I get panicky, sad,angry, numb...but parts of me are healing. Today I took a walk and was actually starting to smile. So there is an end somewhere.
@Matt333 just talked to my cousin in vero beach she wants to hang out. Sucks not having many friends
Bobby, ya, she did... I never expected anything like this from her. All I wanted to do was love her. Good to hear you will be hanging out with cousin. I dont have too many friends that live in the same area, so again, I'm in the same boat...
@Matt333 I’m kinda shy when it comes to meeting new people so my friend list is pretty much like 1or 2.relying on family to help me get through this. I hope you at least have family around you to rely on but if not we can all get through this together
