Heard there isn't anything you can do for tinnitus. But that can't be true.
At first it wasn't so bad, just strange. Now many years later, hard to ignore.
What about the future?? If this keeps getting worse I won't be able to hear people talking. I've already lost most of my vision. And lost the feeling in my feet, legs, and some in my hands. The only senses I'll have left is smell and taste. How awful. I'm going to be known as the smelly taster.
There are many ways you can do for tinnitus. Unfortunately, they cannot cure tinnitus, but can improve some symptoms. There are hearing aids you can buy, sound-masking devices, modified/customized sound machines. If you can't buy them, you can try behavioral therapy, progressive tinnitus management. A doctor can prescribe antidepressants, antianxiety drugs. These drugs can help make your tinnitus symptoms less annoying. You can read more tips from healthline.

the new scientific thinking on tinnitus is that it is not coming from your ears. But rather an area in the top of the brain. So they are going to try surgery to disconnect nerves there.
Hope it works!
Do you have tinnitus kidDJ?
@Inmylittlerroom No, I don’t.
There are different ways to distract yourself from it like white noise and stuff like that but are other things ppl suggest but mostly nothing really helps. My tinnitus is from hearing loss so when I wear my hearing aids the ringing was a bit quieter. But it never fully goes away for me.
