hello all I am new to this group but would like to know does anyone have suggestion on loosing weight I have to loose about fifty pounds or the doctor will not be able to do my hip or both my knees any one have a suggestion.
Like Everything else. Watch what you eat, exercise and meditation. Use myfitnesspal online to keep track of what you eat as well as being able to put in exercise and such you will see result once you do this, Good Luck
Have you thought about any surgical options? I've struggled with being overweight all my life with one exception...between 16 and 21.
I'm on track for gastric bypass in July. I can't wait.
