hello all.
i was diagnosed with asthma about 3 months ago. i've always known i've had bronchitis and was told that i may have slight asthma over the years but diagnosed with full blown asthma now. currently taking advair (250/50. doc just uped dosage to 500/50), albutorol inhaler, prednazone and zpack during flares. told to take albutorol 30 minutes before exercise. also told if symptoms don't get better to see specialty doctor. here for support.
anybody here had to move to a better city more conducive to your asthma? mind sharing the city?
anybody deal with exercise induced asthma?
home remedies?
anyone struggle with increased anxiety because of your asthma? how do you deal with it?
thanks!

I don't know if it's really necessary for you to move to another city, unless it's like an extremely high dense and polluted city like Beijing , replacing carpet with laminate can also help.
