Hello everyone. I am new here and this is my 1st post. I suffer from depression and binge eating. On most days my depression is under control but I binge eat to the point of nausea almost every night. I rarely eat anything through the day because I'm never hungry. My question is this, should I at least eat some sort of meal 3 times a day even if I"m not hungry? I've heard to only eat when you're actually hungry but I do need to get back on track with 3 meals a day.
Hi...I'm glad you found this site...hope you find the support you're looking for here...as for meals...yes...at least 3 meals a day...it's good for metabolism.
