Hello everyone, I'm new here. Glad I found this site/group:) I've had agoraphobia for Many years. I've had my moments when I've felt I over came it and was able to go out. Recently after a bad situation I started feeling depressed and it lead me back to feeling panic when I planned to go some where. I really don't like this feeling, I have dr appts I need to go to and I keep putting it off, I feel terrible. I'm trying to find out how to over come this:(
Hi Leezah and welcome to the site. What did you use in the past to get yourself out and about? I find the only thing that works for me and a good friend just reminded me of it today is the saying: Just do it. I know for me, the longer I stay in the worse the fear gets.
