its hard to find the right balance when u are trying to keep up a front for the kids, its sometimes better to include them in your blues we have do u remember days here and everyone puts there thoghts into the arena, the younger ones are often amazed to find "nana with a bun" is a real person who flow to austrailia at the age of 79 for the very first time in her life because her sister was poorly, that they thought she belonged in her flat and went to grandads only cos thats the only places they could remember seeing her, whereas the older ones were full of almost pride that she was still doing her own thing at that age, and hope to emulate her when they get that old.
do u still have friends who visit u? or are they like mine gettin smaller and smaller as the years go by.
i do hope u are feeling better just by having soemone to communicate with and ease your days.
on to more mundane topics its cold here at the moment and i have just put a match to the first coal fire of winter to take the chill of the evening
as always loving thoughts and positive vibes

Domestic, I have a friend who lives nedd door he’s 86 but we get along good. See him every night when I take my dog out and smoke a cigar, but that’s all. Nice here in Tucson 80’s in the day high 60’s at night, I love Tucson. Dennis
Hi Dennis!
I hope you're feeling better. I wish I had an answer for you but I'm traveling in that same valley myself. I try to do the things that make me happy. I read a lot. I love to go shopping and I do some volunteer work with my dog. But the bad days still come, as I imagine they will for awhile. I'm a firm believer in counselling. It has kept me from losing my mind. I pray you will find something that works for you. Keep posting here because many of us are going thru the same thing. Love to you my friend!
Thanks stringbean, for your prayers, yes a very long and winding hard road ahead. I try to be happy but it’s still hard after 3 years. I sometimes play my gitar or paint but not to often as I don’t can’t get myself to enjoy it much. Dennis, I will like to be your friend also.
