Hello, I recently learned what I have been suffering with/going through is called agoraphobia. I have also taken steps to help myself such as going to therapy. It's not easy at all but I'm doing it. I guess I joined hoping to connect with others going through the same or similar struggles as myself.
Good for you! Therapy can be very helpful. And you know that you’re not alone. Nor is your situation hopeless. Just keep using the tools you learn in therapy.

@Buckbeak thank you for your words of encouragement I really appreciate it. Also thank you for taking time from your day to reply. I also go to therapy in person with help from my family and it can be draining yet super helpful. How are you?
