I'm dealing with a very bad case of paranoia. I keep thinking I'm being watched by the whole world. Like I'm on some sort of trial and they are bullying me. Threading to kill me if I eat to much or if drink or just try to have fun with my life. I had a very bad case of this feeling today and was wondering if any one else has this feeling of being watched or bullied.
Hi Jv, is there something that's triggering and causing you to feel like you are being watched? Also, if you can start to talk yourself through these moments and change your thinking to that of positive slowly but surely, then it will help lessen and lessen these moments. For example, if you can tell yourself "I am safe", "I am not being watched", "I am protected from all harm", then this can help. Is this something that you think is possible?
