how does one just quit on their own? is there anything they can buy and take to help with withdrawals?
35BLUE, I haven't heard of any methods of quitting on your own other than going cold turkey. I am sure there may be some available resources online that can help give you direction. As well, I am hoping that one of our Supporters here can provide some insight and information.
