Hey bubble sounds to me you are good size. Some advice try to avoid late night eating, this gets stored right as fat. If you can work out as soon as you wake up this is the best way to lose fat. You should aim for 3/4 times a week at the gym if you are non exerciser that includes 2 cardio and 2 weight training days. Just make sure for your cardio days you are in a good training zone...ie 20 minutes in a target heart rate. I can give you a target heart rate if you tell me your resting heart rate per minute. Also when you are hungry...eat and dont skip meals, this is your bodies way to keep your metabolism high.
hey KMHRH, thanks for that advice. i'll try that one. for now, i exercise twice a day , first is early in the morning, and the 2nd one is at the afternoon. i also do small frequent feeding. is it ok if i do it this way? will it harm me? i really want to get slimmer as soon as possible that is why i really exert extra effort with my exercise. thanks very much for your advice
yes this will harm you if you are over training and not replenishing your body, take me though a typical day with food and exercise routine?
ok. i think i should slow down a little. i do the routine that i menti0ned on my other post everyday. i d0nt know why i d0nt get slim that fast.
Okay and what else are you eating, what exactly do you do for the work out, and how long have you been doing it for, your body may have platued in which case you have to periodize your work outs
For breakfast and dinner , i eat oatmeal and my regular meal at lunchtime. i do dancing and jogging for my exercise. i've been doing this routine m0nths ago and then i stopped. i just resumed it a week ago.
