Hey everyone does anyone want to challenge me in doing a workout challenge? Doing 100 squats and 100 sit ups one right after the other? Let's see who finishes first, will it be me? Idk!!

LOL, I can get to 100 but only if I give you 50 now and the other 50 in a few hours! :-)

i can do max 15 squats :)
and lets see about sit up i can do better , about 37 in a min ?

@spark_girl A great way to build on squats is to just add 5 more each time you do them. Before you know it you’re doing 100 or more! :slight_smile: Same with sit ups, just add 5 each time! :slight_smile:
