hey guys. ****trigger warning**** I've been wanting to cause self harm for a week or so now. I'm overwhelmed with everyday life. My boyfriend and I are having lil spats. I really want to. I have not done it in a while (not sure exact time) , I've been doing good. I just need to feel it. The things that got me feeling this way always seem lik lil itty bitty things. That makes it worst. I wanna cry, but I dnt have time, space or energy to. My boyfriend and I talk about me being on meds. But we dnt have time , or our own vechicle.
Use ice instead when you feel the need to cut, it'll give you release you crave without the scar.
It's ok to cry when you feel down or bad.
