Does anyone do a gluten free diet? I just joined the group but was misdiagnosed for 3 years and I had sever cataplexy. I would collapse to the floor sometimes, be paralyzed from the waste up lying with my eyes open but. After I told my mom to take me to a neurologist for a sleep study I was diagnosed and I decided to not eat gluten my cataplexy goes away when I don’t eat gluten and take my adderall XR
I am gluten free, but because of a sensitivity to it.
