Hi everyone. First time in a support group and not sure about how this works. I have been struggling with my sugar addiction for years. I really need to stop, and need to loose 30 pounds as well. I swim 90 minutes every morning from Monday to Friday. Please give me some tips. Thank you.

Well here is my take, I have cut out sugar, I workout all the time, I don't eat gluten and I have a thyroid issue so I kind of stick to the weight I am give or take 5 pounds. Getting your thyroid checked is good, seeing a nutritionist can help. I think cutting down on carbs, empty calories and dairy can all help. It basically comes down to eating less calories then you burn. Hugs
