Hi everyone,
i am new here i am 5ft 11.5 inches and just about 320llbs. I have reached a stage in my life where my weight is starting to affect my entire life. In the last 8 years i have gained and lost weight my lowest weight being 180lbs. Wud really like to get there be healthy.........i feel like if i i am not unfit not healthy and if i gain n e more weight...............sigh

@Dee9025 I started with small changes in my eating. I gave up soda and drank only water initially (I suffer from an “all or nothing” mentality), I gave up fast food and I gave up my deep fryer. After that I made other small changes week by week. I also suffer from portion control issues so I measured/weighed everything and read nutritional info on everything so I could make better decisions with food choices. For exercise I walk, originally for just 5 minutes at a time a few times each day, then I built up to longer and longer walks. I now do a walking workout on dvd. Don’t hurt yourself making changes, ease into it. As you eat better you’ll feel better and eagerly make more changes. The important thing is to never give up! We may fall, but as long as we get back up we’re on the road to success!

@Dee9025 - @jimisgirl has some great suggestions! -portion control is very important, and something I've decided to recognize in my own eating habit. And exercise is important start with 5min a day n increase maybe every week as you go. ! Best wishes!
