Hi, everyone
I know people with lupus should eat more healthy foods, but loss of appetites causes anorexia. This results in fatigue and hair loss often. Wrist pain sometimes occurs. These make me vary exhausted. I don't know what I should do to reduce these symptoms. Help me, please !
sorry to hear your condition. Loss of appetites often leads to weight loss and triggers lupus flares. You should meet your rheumatologist to discuss your problem. As I know, taking multi vitamins or certain supplements may help improve it. Also, you can try to eat litle by litllte in each meals. Mild exercises may boost your health that raise your appetites
@marrytramone is it good for people with lupus take supplements. As I know, lupus patients have improper immune system, so i’m worried about taking supplement may worsen symptoms. Though exercise is ahrd for me, but I’ll maybe try it
@Stationary_Transient thanks for your helpful reply. Some people also recommend aquatherapy to me. But i’m hesitant between the exercise and Tai Chi, which one is appropriate for my condition. And, can you tell me which vitamins you’re taking?
