Hi Everyone! I'm not sure how this works....but I joined because I have decided to quit sugary snacks . My favorites were chocolate, pastries, ice cream and cookies. I want to lose weight and feel better in general. I started yesterday.

Off sugar and most carbs again! Feeling pretty good. I want to stay off. Looking into self help groups.
