Hi guys I just watched a video from Joel Osteen. I learned something new and its to celebrate partial victories. We are so focus on the finish result in this case is being free from OCD. But in your way there you have partial victories for example you didnt made a compulsion , you are reading a book or watched a video on how to get better , you are trying your best , you are alive and have another opportunity to get better, etc. Even though you are still not where you want to be you can be grateful for those steps.
