Hi I am new today I will be starting to eliminate sugar from my diet. I have overcome alcohol and caffeine but I am struggling with sweets - sugar, cakes pies, cookies, donuts, oreo cookies to be exact!! I need your help! I hope this support site helps. Any advice?
I love this place. it is a great place to give and get support. I find that when going off sugar, snacking on frozen blueberries at night helps to curb the crave. You can do this! We are here for you
@Aura82 Thanks for the words of encouragement!! I bought grapes and peaches today. I lost my sister last Thursday and I didn’t have the will power today. I ate a 6 pack of oreo cookies, Maybe I should wait until after her home going to start. What do you think?
I am flunking horribly. I ate three pieces of cake and a donut at a meeting. I bought some sugar free fudgesicles and 100 calorie baked chocolate wafers. I thought that would help. no luck!
I feel for you! I have been in the pits with uncontrolled sugar eating this week! It makes me feel so discouraged. Today I resolve to eat only fruit to ease my cravings. Wish me luck!
