Hi I have been living with a emotional abuser for 11 years and I feel like I can't do anything right. I can cook dinner with out being told it is wrong. We have had change in living arrangements he has been ordered out of the house because of abuse towards my children. It has been so quiet and peaceful since he has been out of the house. Every time I talk to him on the phone or he texts it has been so controlling and toxic. Now I have to file for full custody over the one child we share . Iam worried about how he will react and what he may do.

I think that if you can get away, you need to. He does not sound like a supportive person, and you do not need toxic people in your life, especially around your children. Change your locks, move if he tries to come back. Really, just take care of you and your child, don't let him control you or hurt you emotionally.
