Hi I have had tinnitus for 2 month's now. No one can find a cause. Does tinnitus go away on its own sometimes?

ive heard that it does. is there any idea why this happened? that has something to do with it.

I see an ENT on Monday, hopefully he can shed some light on it. It started during a stressful time in my life,plus I was told I was menopausal. Don't know if all this is related
