There is absolutely no reason to hate yourself for being anxious...a lot of us go through this. My anxiety has actually gotten a lot worse myself lately. It's definitely something that can be controlled if you talk to your doctor about it, and there are a few different things that can be done to help manage it. But having anxiety is not your fault at all.

Please believe me when I say that I completely understand what you mean, and what you are going through. I spent a lot of time hating myself because I was so awkward in public, and would freak out about social interaction. But there is help available. Have you spoken to your doctor about this at all? I know for me, they had put me on Cymbalta...and it helped a lot for a while. Do you think that's something you might be interested in trying?
