Hi I just don't know what to do. I am only 19 and this pain is taking over my life.
I know you are really struggling right now, but this doesn't need to be the beginning to a pain filled life, there are things you can do to help, a friend of mine has fibro and lupus and she is an active pilates instructor, yes, she says she has a permanent body shape in her mattress from the days where she has a flare, but she completely overhauled her diet and has found a lot of relief.
