Hi, I'm new to the group, I haven't been diagnosed with paranoia. I have depression and anxiety. I haven't told my doctor about the thoughts I've had about paranoia... I have this paranoid thought a lot that I'm being watched. Sometimes I worry that I'm being followed when I'm driving. I know it sounds really ridiculous, but sometimes I feel like the movie The Truman Show... Where I'm being watched all the time, but I have no idea. Does anyone else have these thoughts?
I think that is fairly common in those who have an issue with paranoia.

Yes. And sometimes I will even get mad at someone about it. Feels like having a nanny cam strapped to my back. And I tend to angle my phones camera away from me. I'm so happy Google eath is time delayed and not live time. But I don't exactly do anything entertaining so they'd prob watch someone else instead. And the advertising cookies...those make me really paranoid and not even want to buy that product bc I associate it with my privacy being violated.
@emmystrouble I agree about the advertising cookies. Its like this master computer watching us. Its freaky!
