Hi just joined the group I went through a stage where I had a bad back don't know if it was a disc or bad cold bottom back but I was crawling out the bed pulling myself up with the bedclothes crippled with pain walking along the wall still don't know what it was it lasted a few days and my back was fine after that don't know if it wad the cold or the heat as my room was warm and I hadn't cold signs

Sounds like the spasms I get from time to time. Crippling for awhile and then gone.

hi replying back this morning I don't kniw what the back pain I had years ago but it was defenetly crippling ive never been bothered with back pain before I don't think I took the back pain to the doctors as I wa in bed for at least 2 weeks with this back pain I wasn't bed ridden just a pain at the side working round to the back but it was a pain that made me grip to get up I could still sit and stand but getting out of bed was the hardest
