Hi, not to sure how to truly get help but I figured here would be a good start. If anyone has any good suggestions please let me know!
you have to figure out when you have urges, what causes them. Once you feel like you're about to eat just stop and write down either what you're feeling or describe the food you're about to eat in great GREAT detail. Usually that helps to take your mind away from binging.
I can tell you that I live alone and eat a lot in the evening/night. I keep telling myself that I'll start tomorrow to really work on this process. Yeah right.
you're not alone on this LulujJack. I keep promising myself every Monday. But each week is sloowly getting better with little tweaks and trick so you just have to find what work for you. You have to understand that binging won't go away just like that you have to try things and methods. :)
Working with my therapist has been very helpful for me. If you can afford one, try to see one.
