hi so ... since 2 years i sleep only 3 hours a night and i've come to a oint that .. I can't take it anymore , when i sleep I have nightmares with my sis and her car accident ... so yeah what can i do ? any tipps ? (sry for me english i'm french)
Do you have a psychiatrist or psychologist?
I use to not be able to sleep for long periods of time I went through two friends dying within two years of each other witch didn't help(hence the constant nightmares) I know this may seem silly but I started reading books a little bit before I fall asleep. I feel it keeps your mind busy from the things your going thru and gets you tired.
Find the root of the nightmares....were you involved? were you "not there"? Do you think there is something you "could have done"? If it was your sister there are strings attached. So you have to figure out if your seeking forgiveness, or is it just still mourning. Grief can take as long as it takes. It's up to the person grieving, and only that person...I wish and hope peace for you!! Sending love....
