Hi there, I had tinnitus for many years, but recently it got much worse with a feeling of fullness, now I get episodes of vertigo as well. The vertigo doesn't usually last more than 4 hours and comes with really bad nausea as well. I had an episode each for the last 3 days...anyone else out there who has vertigo as well??? Today it got the better of me and I was really sad because there is just nothing you can do apart from staying as still as possible. The medication only take the edge of it...some doctors think I have Meniere's disease others think it doesn't quite fit

I saw a physio and they ruled out that my vertigo is from crystals…so they didn’t show me any of those exercises…soon I will get to see an ENT so hopefully they find the cause of it and do something about it…I had an episode each day for 6 days now…not something I want to learn to get used to
