Hi there.

I was diagnosed with POF when I was 25 and newly married. Now that I am 30 and thinking about having children, I have put some more effort into researching this disease. I guess I avoided looking before because I was scared. I knew that it would cause problems when I had children, and now I know that there are no real treatments available. I'm scared what this means for my future and for my family.

I talk with my husband about POF and my infertility and he tells me "hope for the best". I think being practical is more useful.

I am with you in this one. having a plan really does help, at least for anxiety, and knowing what your next move is going to be. Do you have a doctor you like you can consult with on your options? hugs to you! please keep us updated.
