What do you do when you have a grandmother who is 84 and spoiled rotten. I'm having a hard time, we just lost my grandfather 2 months ago, Any Advice????

@tired623 I empathized with you being your grandmother's caregiver. Yes, she is 84 years old, apparently your grandfather spoiled her rotten, and he's no longer here. I am sorry for your loss of your grandad. Yes, the situation will have to changed for your grandmother, and her needs. You won't be able to coped with her "Diva" attitude. Please tried and sit down with her, and explained your situation. Where are your parents, they can assisted you with your challenges as a caretaker? Once your grandmother is capable mentally, and knows what you are up against, she can be more understanding. My thoughts, and concerns are with your grandmother, and you.... SG friends are here, to support, and be supported. Be hopeful.

Hi and welcome to the group. I completely agree with what Irma said. Could you share with us more details so we can understand your situation better? Like, how many people are involved in the caregiving process? where does she live? How are you handling this situation etc
