Hello my name is Mixk I am 17 and female and I am new to this site. I have GAD I've had it for about 2 years now and I am on Prozac and Atarax for it. I hope to find people with this as well so we can share advice and such. My anxiety and panic attacks mainly come from my environment, abuse.

I Mixk, I hope you find support and hope today! I take Atarax as well, 25mg up to twice a day off and on since last Summer. I read your other posts, sorry to hear of your negative past experiences. Wrong of people to treat you that way. I had a painful time in school as well due to me being different. I hate bullies. What do they really know about you, and how truly special you are? What are they hiding while they lash out at someone else? Does Saturday offer any reprieve for you not having school? Are you still in the living situation with your Dad's girlfriend, and her Daughters? You are still a beautiful butterfly, we will help you put the wax back on your wings so you can fly again.

I am on 50 mlgs of Atratx to help me sleep at night. I am not in school anymore got my GED but I am going to college this fall and I never lived with them, live with my mom but they still cause hell.

That's cool you are going to college this fall, shows you believe in yourself. Is it more peaceful living with your mom even though the peanut gallery is still causing hell?

I am going to play my guitar for a while. I have not in over two weeks, mostly due to the numbness, and back pain. Do you have a fav song? I will try to practice a couple bars, then load the vid. What could get a smile out of you right now? lookin at the sheet music looks like I could play "leave out all the rest". Listening to it now. Got the jist of it. Will give it a go. "in the end" looks easy to play, but listening to it the piano would sound odd alone. You doin good right now?
