Many different elements make anxiety, depression and panic attacks worse. Of course we have an issue, but there are habits, life style, food or surrounding circumstances that makes us more susceptible to having bursts of these attacks.

Please remember that you have a great community here. Weekend is here, take the time to go out and relax if you want. Take some sunlight… I sure need to take advantage of it in Scandinavia :slight_smile: .
