Wow ! sounds like your body is going through alot. Good for you for doing all that work on yourself. It takes committment to do that. What is it like doing a cleanse ? are you hungry or have digestive upsets ? I have never done one.
I have found my sleep is way off with meno and evenmore going back to work p/t. And yes they just want us to stay home as much as possible, here too, so it dampens the mood some, too, I find.
I hope all the memories resurfacing for you are not too painful, but the best thing is doing exactly what you are doing, let them out and that takes some of the power away from them.

Omg, I actually got to leave work before dark today!! Woohoo!! I might only have 68 hours in this week!! Woohoo again!! Lol

I am ok…it bothered me, quite alot, but I had alot of support and I have found lately that I am stroonger than I thought…won’t keep you, get some rest when you are able, ok.
