I've gotten so used to living w herpes (23 years) that I don't even think about it. I usually have a flare up every 1-2 yrs. only little sore that goes away in a few days. Last wk I had a flare up and realized I hadn't told my bf. I asked him to meet me after work and told him and it's probably over now. I feel so horrible for risking his health - what I view as an innocuous skin annoyance, he views as a deal breaker.

@Tam88 Selective omission…what we feel that might not be a deal breaker to ourselves sure might be to others. Hopefully both of you can sit down and talk about this and he can educate himself with your help about what you are dealing with. You have my full support!!
