How do I get over my ex whom I was married to for 26 years and have been away from for 3 years? The barmaid he cheated on me with was 4 years older than our daughter. Now he has another girlfriend and I am still trying to hold it together. How do I get over my past?
You create a new life for yourself, my mother divorced after 30 years and while she and I do not have the best relationship, the way she moved on is quite impressive at this point and yes, my father was a cheater.

I had it all together yesterday and right now I can't stop crying. How can someone you loved with all your heart and soul hurt you so much. I am so broken. Now, I have to get my head on straight to be around him at our daughters wedding knowing he is with someone else. I feel unlovable and don't know how I am going to ever trust someone with my heart again

@Dee123065 you are loveable…God doesn’t creat junk. He will comfort you and give you strength to get through. It does get better…start by loving yourself…treating yourself and doing things that you love. I have an aunt who’s husband cheated…spent 3 years winning her back only to cheat again…she put herself back together twice and now is married to a real great guy who I think is loaded too…so you see calm peaceful waters are ahead just put your faith in God.
