How do u LIVE with chronic fatigue and not in well every day? How can u have a life that's not miserable?

I live with it to but I have been trying to take B complex for it and I also get the B12 shot and it seems to give me a bit more energy but right now I am with you on this I am tired and exhausted all the time. When I get so bad I go outside in the cold weather to pick me up. There is medication for it I don't know much about it I used more natural things to help.
