How do you control the binge eating? I have been recently diagnosed. I gained so much weight, going back to office after 2 years and now freaking out meeting people
@Goliiranian hi! Were you a binge eater before 2 years ago? This may sound boring but the simple answer in my mind right now is that you go to fruits and vegetables first to get as full as you can on that. And the way to get yourself to do that is something I call the Apple test.
So you have to put the apples on the counter and anytime you feel like binging you have to think about that Apple first. And if you’re not wanting it, you have to wait.
When you finally really can’t stand it anymore, you eat apple first. You’ll start to crave fruit. It can be a banana or grapes.. whatever. Then you eat vegetables too. Steam them and put salt and honey on it. Make it taste good. This way, you can’t eat too many calories. Worth a try.
It’s what I do when I want to eat a lot. I eat the vegetables and fruit first.
Another thing you can do is stop watching commercials. If you watch them. I don’t.
