How do you get your mind off cutting?
Do you like to do any sort of activity, like writing, drawing, dancing, singing, walking, running, anything that has a positive effect on you?
I've done other things like eating and taking my anxiety meds (knocks me out). I have not found a healthy alternative yet... I watch tv, but am still consumed by bad thoughts.
You should try writing the way you feel down, let your mind go crazy on a piece of paper, and do not hurt yourself, don't let negative emotions create negative actions
Easier said than done, but I will try that. Thank you.
