How do you guys deal with stress? Do you feel like talking about your stress helps release it or does it cause you to worry even more? I try to go to my calm places which usually involve doing physical activity. Is this the same case for you guys?

Talking about it helps me sometime..but doing something does help to get my mind off things too..i like to garden..its my calm place
