How do you guys live with this. I can't be out in the sun without long sleeves sunscreen or a hat . I am so use to walking everywhere but now I don't want to go out

I can be hard but with the SPF clothing you should be fine or my friend with Lupus goes out early for her runs before the sun comes out.
