How does everybody else deal with terrifying hullionations at night? I am a college student who lives alone and they have been getting terrifying.
This is a tough condition. Many claim to have some relief with sleepy tea containing Valerian root and meditating just before sleep. I don't know what you are doing currently for it and if you are medicating at all would ask your doctor if Valerian could pose a problem. Good luck!
Yoga about an hour before bed time has been helpful but not a 100%. It helps me create some creepy stories though.
