Hi I am new here I have agoraphobia Im 34 and would love to not feel alone in this and hear of other's experiences in coping. I can go to certain places within a range of distance from my home and had a rough night tonight I went to a restaraunt to celebrate birthdays for my family but I couldnt do it, I tried but had to come home in a sheer panic and I feel awful about it, sometimes I am ok but sometimes I am not I dont understand why I feel very guilty because I want to do things and feel so alone and misunderstood. I am new so I can't find a new post button
