When it comes to weight loss ,I like her logic. It’s simple math.
1.) keep the total amount of calories for the day from food down below 1200 to 1400.
2.) exercise to burn more calories throughout the day as well.

3.) be patient because it takes time to burn 3500 cal which equals 1 pound of fat.

I’ve already had 600 cal today and I’ve only had one meal.

I remember her saying she likes to break up her meals into 300 cal eating 4 times a day. She’s got it down.

@CKBlossom I have a very low CAL recipe for my next breakfast tomorrow.
3 cups of spinach, one banana, one apple, lemon juice from one lemon, ice, water. Blend. And that’s a meal.
