I have been married for 5yrs. now. I told my spouse that we need to live apart. He is not helping me be safe in my home at present.he has too much clutter! I am visually/hearing impaired for one plus I have trouble getting around my home. He knows this but won't change and that is why we need to live apart.
Wendy, you took a huge step in the right direction. I am so proud of you. If your husband can't understand how important your health and well-being are, then he doesn't deserve to be with you. Good for you!
I am so glad to hear you are putting yourself and your safety first. It was most likely a very hard thing to do but sometimes those giant leaps are the ones that make the biggest turning points in our lives.
Luck and Love
wendy
its so easy to make excuses for things that happen but all our family have to have a clutter free room in their houses so we can visit with our impaired child so its not so much to expect that someone who loves u does the same
good for u for taking a stand
as always loving thoughts and positive vibes
d :)
Wendy, I admire you for standing up for yourself & keep letting hubby know your feelings regardless of him validating what needs to be done/accomplished or not, do it for yourself.
Take care of you.
April

Hi 1967, thank you for the update. I know that once the move is done, things will get better and better for you.
Know that you are not alone, we are here to help you through this.
Hey Wendy am thinking about you & moving day, that will be busy forsure so all my strengths & give yourself time to adjust & hubby may in time come around to realizing your health & well being is more important then him keeping alot of stuff to trip over & that your relationship will be better w/more peace of mind which benefits both of you.
Be safe & take care of you.
April
I agree with April, your husband may realize how crucial your health and well-being are and come back around. Sometimes absence makes us open our eyes and realize the error in our ways. Sending you tons and tons of positive energy!
