Today’s physical health tip: Stay Hydrated.

Staying hydrated helps maintain your body’s balance of fluids, aids in digestion, keeps your skin healthy, and can improve energy levels and brain function. Carry a water bottle with you throughout the day as a reminder to stay hydrated. Remember, if you’re feeling thirsty, you’re already on your way to being dehydrated.
